Mincemeat(Canning Or Freezing) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. ground beef
12 c. chopped apple
6 c. raisins
1 c. cider
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. allspice
1 Tbsp. nutmeg
3 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Cook beef thoroughly.
Do not brown.
Put meat and apples through metal blade of food processor.
Return to cooking pot. Add all the remaining ingredients.
Stir well.
Bring to boil. Lower heat.
Simmer covered for 30 minutes.
Makes 8 pints.
Can be canned.
Process for 60 minutes at 10 pounds of pressure.
