Cocoa Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/3 c. sifted cocoa
    3/4 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream butter with sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
    Sift cocoa with flour, baking powder and salt; work into creamed mixture.
    Stir in nuts and bake 30 to 35 minutes in greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan, or just until pulls from sides.
    Cool to room temperature upright in pan on a wire rack. Cut into 16 squares and serve.
