Pork Chops And Orange Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
    salt and pepper
    1 c. orange juice (I add a little more)
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed chicken and rice soup
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in heavy skillet.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Drain grease.
    Place rice in 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Pour orange juice over the rice.
    Arrange browned pork chops on rice.
    Pour chicken soup over all.
    Cover and bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 45 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
