Picante Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 qt. tomatoes, chopped
8 onions, chopped
8 green peppers, chopped
16 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp. parsley
8 jalapeno peppers
1 c. white vinegar
4 Tbsp. lime juice
1/4 c. canning salt
1/2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation

Boil 5 minutes; heat and boil lids and rings.
Seal.
Makes 12 pints.
