Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. margarine or butter
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream together butter and sugar.
    Beat in eggs.
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Add to creamed mixture and add buttermilk, juice and vanilla.
    Mix in with beater until uniform in color and texture.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan or smaller pan and bake at 350\u00b0 until tests done with toothpick.
