Parmesan Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. mushrooms
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. onion pulp
2 garlic cloves
3 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
3/4 c. olive oil
Preparation

Remove mushroom stems and chop very fine.
Mix stems with bread crumbs.
Cut onion in half and scrape.
Cut side with edge of knife to obtain the pulp.
Mix it in.
Mix garlic very fine and mix it in.
Add parsley, salt, pepper and oregano.
Stuff the mushroom caps with mixture.
Pour a little of the oil into baking dish.
Place caps in and then sprinkle with the rest of the oil. Place in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
