Baked Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. catsup
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (4 to 5 lb.) beef brisket
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredient and marinate.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 4 hours or until meat is tender.
