Ranch Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large red potatoes
    1 c. ranch salad dressing
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. crumbled bacon
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Wash and cut potatoes into quarters.
    Place potatoes in large saucepan and cover with water and boil until tender, about 8 minutes; drain well.
    While potatoes are cooking combine salad dressing, sour cream, 1 c. Cheddar cheese and bacon in a large bowl.
    Add potatoes and salt.
    Spoon potato and cream mixture into a 9
    13 baking dish.
    Top with remaining 1/2 c. cheese.
    Bake potato mixture until bubbly, about 20-30 minutes in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
