Hot Apple Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. flour
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    2 cans apples with juice
Preparation
    Don't throw away those leftover mashed potatoes.
    Put in refrigerator for another day.
    For 1 to 2 cups of potatoes, put 1 egg and chopped onion (in amount to suit you).
    Mix well.
    Drop by tablespoon into heated skillet with small amount of fat.
    Let brown, then turn to brown other side.
    You will never know they were leftover potatoes.
