1 pt. thick whipping cream
1/2 c. flour
1 c. boiling milk
sugar and cinnamon
Preparation

Boil cream 20 minutes on low-medium, then add flour slowly, stirring constantly.
In a few minutes, the butter will separate and come to the top.
Remove some of it and add the boiling milk. Ladle into dishes and pour butter on top.
Sprinkle liberally with sugar and cinnamon and serve.
Makes 2 generous servings.
