Mexican Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. grated Co-Jack cheese
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. salsa
Preparation
    In 9 x 9-inch pan, place 1/2 of cheese, then pour mixture of eggs and salsa on top.
    Place remaining cheese on top of eggs and salsa.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
