Carrot And Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. grated carrot
    1/3 c. pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over jello and dissolve.
    Add pineapple juice, vinegar and salt.
    Mix well and add pineapple, carrots and pecans.
    Mix well and place in refrigerator to congeal.
    Serve in squares on lettuce leaves. Top with a little mayonnaise.
