Spud Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugars in bowl.
    Beat in everything but eggs, vanilla and potatoes.
    Fold in eggs, vanilla and potatoes with spatula.
    Pour batter into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Cut and remove from pan while still warm.
    Makes 32 (2-inch) square bars.
