Seafood Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. scallops
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 (16 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
    1 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. angel hair pasta, cooked
Preparation
    Note:
    Cubed eggplant can also be added to the vegetables.
