Evelyn'S Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1/4 c. water
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    3 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 c. chopped water chestnuts
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 hard-boiled eggs
    2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Mix mayonnaise, water and undiluted soup together.
    Stir in chicken, onion, chestnuts, pepper, rice and salt.
    Carefully add sliced hard-boiled eggs.
    Place all in a greased casserole.
    Top with potato chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
