Thanksgiving Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. chopped apples
Preparation
    Mix oil and sugar; add eggs and beat well.
    Stir in dry ingredients.
    Add apples, butterscotch chips,
    nuts and vanilla. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for

    minutes. While cake is warm, prepare topping.
