Light Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. diced dates
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 lb. mixed candied fruit
    1/2 c. oil (canola)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3 1/2 c. flour (sifted)
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. dry sherry
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. sour milk
Preparation
    Mix all batter ingredients together including liquids.
    Beat well.
    Then add fruit and nuts.
    Stir in.
    Pour into 1 tube pan, angel food type, that has been greased well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
    Cool in pan.
