Sukiyaki - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 lb. round steak, sliced thin across grain
2 medium onions, sliced thin
1 small can mushrooms
2 c. celery, cut in 1-inch pieces
1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
2 (5 oz.) cans bamboo shoots
1 hot c. water
1 beef bouillon cube
1/3 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Cook meat in oil over low heat until tender, but not browned. Add onions, mushrooms, celery, green onions and bamboo shoots. Cover and cook five minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add and dissolve bouillon cube in the hot water.
Add and combine remaining ingredients with meat.
Cook for 15 minutes longer. Serve with rice.
Makes 6 servings.
