Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. warm water
2 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. shortening
1 yeast cake or 1 pkg. dry yeast
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Cut in shortening,
Dissolve dry yeast in warm water.
Add to buttermilk.
Add to dry ingredients.
Roll out thin, fold over and roll again.
Cut like biscuits.
Saturate with butter.
May be baked immediately or will keep in refrigerator in bulk. Cook as you would biscuits.
This will keep for several days.
You do not have to let rise before baking. Bake at 375\u00b0.
