Cream Cheese Topped Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

2 eggs
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (packed in own juice; undrained)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Lightly grease 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Beat eggs in large bowl until light and fluffy.
Add sugar and beat until thick.
Stir in flour, pineapple, pecans, baking soda and vanilla; mix thoroughly.
Pour into pan and bake until tester inserted in center comes out clean. Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
Let cake cool in pan on rack.
