Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    2 c. sugar
    3 large eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 sticks butter
Preparation
    Mix pulp and sugar.
    Then add eggs and beat well.
    Combine flour, soda, baking powder and salt.
    Add to pulp mixture, alternately with buttermilk.
    Melt butter in
    a 9 x 13-inch pan. Add to mixture but leave enough to grease pan well.
    Bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
