Lemon Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. Grape-Nuts
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 carton Cool Whip
    2 pkg. instant lemon pudding
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients well and pat in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake until brown.
    Beat together the cream cheese, powder sugar and 1/2 carton Cool Whip.
    Put on cooled crust.
    Beat the pudding and milk together.
    Spread on cream cheese mixture, then put the other half of Cool Whip.
    Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
