Cucumber Sauce For Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. coarsely chopped, unpeeled cucumber
    1 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
    1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    4 Tbsp. low calorie mayo
    1 tsp. dried onion flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Use cucumbers which have not been wax coated.
    Chop coarsely. Leave in colander about 30 minutes to drain.
    Squeeze out moisture before combining with remaining ingredients.
    Chill in refrigerator a few hours for flavors to blend.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups, about 13 calories per tablespoon.
