Rotel Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 pkg. taco mix
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut up in cubes
    1 can Ro-Tel
Preparation
    Brown beef in skillet.
    When light in color, drain off fluid. In crock-pot or slow cooker, blend in other ingredients with meat. Heat until cheese melts on high, then turn to low and serve hot with taco shells.
