Zesty Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large carrots
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Clean carrots.
    Cut in strips about 1/4-inch wide.
    Cook in salted water until almost tender.
    Drain and reserve 1/4 cup liquid.
    Put carrots in casserole.
