Salmon Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained
3 c. prepared instant mashed potatoes
1 egg, beaten
1 generous dash of Mrs. Dash seasoning (low pepper, no garlic)
flour
salt
pepper
oil
Preparation

Mix together salmon, 3 cups mashed potatoes, egg and Mrs. Dash. Form into patties about the size of hamburger patties.
Coat each patty with flour and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Fry in oil over medium temperature until nicely browned on both sides.
