Beef With Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 red bell peppers
    2 yellow or green bell peppers
    2 lb. beefsteak, trimmed
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 garlic clove, peeled and finely minced
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    salt and black pepper
Preparation
    Broil peppers until charred on all sides.
    Remove and place them in paper bag (to steam) for 10 minutes; remove skins and seeds.
    Slice peppers into thin strips.
    Set aside.
