Fried Clams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 Tbsp. milk
1 c. flour
1 c. cracker meal
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika
2 c. soft shell clams, shucked
Crisco shortening or oil (for deep frying)
Preparation

Beat egg in a small bowl and add milk.
In a separate bowl, mix flour with salt, pepper and paprika.
Put cracker meat in another bowl.
