South Seas Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin
    1 1/4 cups orange juice
    1/2 cup teriyaki marinade sauce
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/4 tsp pepper
    3 garlic cloves, crushed
    2 -1/8-inch thick sliced peeled fresh ginger
    Pam
    8 1-inch slices fresh peeled pineapple
Preparation
    Trim fat from tenderloin.
    Combine pork and next 6 ingredients in a ziploc bag.
    Seal and marinate in the refrigerator 8 hours or overnight.
    Prepare the grill, place pork on rack.
    Grill 12 minutes, turning frequently and basting with reserved marinade. Grill pineapple and pork for 8 additional minutes, turning and basting.
    Serve.
