Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rhubarb, cut in small pieces
    1 c. sugar
    1 large egg
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix and pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 about 1 hour.
