Scalloped Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sliced onions
2 Tbsp. butter
2 (16 oz.) cans diced tomatoes (undrained)
4 slices bread, toasted and cubed
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. celery salt
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Saute onions in butter.
Mix tomatoes, bread, pepper, celery salt and brown sugar together and pour into buttered casserole. Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
