Graham Cracker Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. graham crackers
1/2 c. light spread (Shop-N-Save)
Preparation

Using a food processor, mix graham crackers to desired consistency (net 2 cups).
Place in mixing bowl.
Melt the spread and add into graham crackers and mix by hand using a fork, blending together until sticky and completely blended.
Put mixture into pie plate and form into crust.
Place in freeze to harden.
(There may be some mixture leftover to add on top, if desired.)
Makes enough for one 8-inch diameter by 1 inch deep pie plate.
