White Bread(12 Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 yeast
    3 medium potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. melted shortening or oil
    4 Tbsp. salt
    11 c. water
    30 to 36 c. flour
Preparation
    Cook potatoes; put through sieve.
    Dissolve yeast in water with a little sugar.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Knead.
    Let rise, etc.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
