Fruit Bavarian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries
    1 envelope plain gelatin
    1 c. low-fat yogurt (pineapple, strawberry or raspberry flavored)
    1 egg white
Preparation
    Soak gelatin
    in
    1/4
    cup cold water.\tDrain the fruit well. Reserve
    3/4
    cup of the juice, adding water, if necessary.
    Heat. Stir in the gelatin until dissolved.
    Add fruit. Chill.
