Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen, unsweetened apple juice concentrate
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    6 medium size tart apples, peeled, cored and sliced
Preparation
    Pour apple juice concentrate in a saucepan, stirring well. Cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.
    Stir in margarine, cinnamon and vanilla extract.
    Add apples; toss well to coat.
    Pour into a pastry shell.
    Cover top with crust.
    (Slit to allow steam to escape.)
    Trim edge around pie pan.
    Seal crust. Flute edge.
    Cover edge with strips of aluminum foil.
    Bake at 420\u00b0 until crust is brown (40 to 50 minutes).
    Remove foil during last 15 minutes of baking.
