Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. can crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 beaten egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and reserve juice.
    Mix juice, flour, egg, vinegar and sugar in saucepan.
    Cook mixture over very low heat until thickened.
    Cool.
    Add drained pineapple and cheese to mixture.
    Add marshmallows just before serving.
