Eggs And Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    6 c. bread, trimmed and cubed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Mix, pour into baking dish and bake.
    May be prepared the night before and refrigerated.
    Bake at 340\u00b0 for approximately 40 minutes.
