* Sauerkraut Salad * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb. 11 oz.) can sauerkraut
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced green pepper
    1/4 c. diced onion
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. celery seed
    3 Tbsp. diced pimentos
Preparation
    This keeps in refrigerator for weeks.
