Microwave Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil (safflower)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. soda
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Blend eggs and sugar.
Add oil and vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients (flour, salt, soda and cinnamon).
Add carrots and pecans.
