Raspberry Blossom Dessert(Prepare The Day Before) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry flavored gelatin
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries, thawed
    1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Boil water; pour into mixing bowl and add gelatin, stirring until dissolved.
    Add thawed raspberries and softened ice cream to gelatin mixture.
    Stir until ice cream is completely melted.
    Pour mixture into gelatin mold.
    Refrigerate for several hours or until set.
