Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. butter, softened
4 eggs
8 Tbsp. milk
4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
4 bananas, cut up small
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. pecan pieces
1/2 c. maraschino cherries, cut up
Preparation

Cream the sugar and butter.
Add eggs and milk.
Stir in flour, salt and soda.
Add fruits and nuts.
Place mixture in 2 greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done, about 1 hour.
Insert toothpick in center; if it comes out clean, it is done.
Makes 2 loaves.
