Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
    2 sticks chopped celery
    1 small chopped onion
    2 carrots, grated or sliced
    3 large cubed or sliced potatoes
Preparation
    Put all the ingredients except potatoes in soup pot and cover with water.
    Simmer until tender.
    Add potatoes and other vegetables and a little more water to cover.
    Add chicken flavoring as desired and cook until tender.
