Peaches And Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
1 large instant pudding mix
1 egg
1 large can sliced peaches, drained (save juice)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix margarine, milk, flour, pudding mix, egg and peach juice. Pour into casserole dish. Place peaches on top of batter. Mix sugar and cream cheese. Spoon on top of peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. Put in 350\u00b0 oven until done. This is done when brown around edges and edge is firm. The middle will be runny, but will set as it cools.
