Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 cloves garlic
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    8 oz. pkg. lasagne noodles
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet.
    Add hamburger and minced garlic; brown. Add tomato sauce and seasonings.
    Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook noodles.
    Put alternate layers of noodles, Mozzarella, Ricotta, meat sauce and Parmesan cheese in greased pan or casserole.
    End with meat sauce and grated cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until firm.
    This recipe freezes well.
