Peaches And Cream Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    3 1/4 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
    1 lb. can peaches
    2 Tbsp. reserved juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    sugar
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine and beat 2 minutes the flour, baking powder, salt, butter, egg, milk and pudding.
    Pour into a 9-inch greased pie plate.
    Drain peaches; place fruit on batter.
    Beat for 2 minutes the cream cheese, sugar and 2 tablespoons reserved liquid.
    Spoon over fruit to within 1-inch edge of batter.
    Sprinkle on top a mixture of 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Filling will appear soft but will set as it chills.
