Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes (3 lb.)
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    parsley to taste
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut into quarters.
    Moisten potatoes with water.
    Shake in a bag or roll in mixture of flour, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Melt butter in 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Place potatoes in single layer in pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour; turn once. Sprinkle with parsley.
