Spinach And Bacon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. dry white wine
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. oil
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 large bunch spinach, washed and torn into pieces
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 hard-cooked egg, sieved
    4 slices cooked beef Sizzlean bacon, crumbled
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, soy sauce, salt, sugar, mustard, curry and pepper.
    Add oil.
    Shake well and chill.
    Pour dressing over spinach.
    Sprinkle with bacon and egg.
    Yields 4 servings (150 calories per serving).
