Banana Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large, ripe bananas
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 egg
    1/2 c. chopped dried peaches
    1 1/2 cups flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease 12 muffin tins.
    Mash bananas, stir in sugar and egg.
    Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with oil.
    Stir in nuts and peaches.
    Fill muffin tins 2/3 full and bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
