Cherry Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

1 pkg. graham crackers
3/4 stick margarine
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
5 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 can cherry pie filling, chilled
Preparation

Mix graham crackers and margarine together; press into a 10-inch spring-form pan.
Beat together cream cheese, eggs, 2 teaspoons vanilla and lemon juice for 10 minutes.
Mix in 1 cup sugar and beat 3 to 4 minutes more.
Pour batter over crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Cool 10 to 15 minutes.
