Aunty Theresa'S "Raisin Squares" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. lemon juice and a little grated rind
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    Let simmer slowly.
    When done, add lump of butter or margarine.
    When slightly cool, add lemon juice and a little grated rind.
    When cool, bake between pie crusts. Top crust with a little cinnamon and sugar.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cut into squares and you'll wish you had doubled the recipe!!
